01About this policy
This page is a draft of Pixel9’s Privacy Policy. It outlines the information we need to explain before the image hosting service launches. Visitor registration is not planned.
02Images and upload information
The planned service stores uploaded images and generates previews and sharing links. Anyone who has an image URL may be able to view or share that image. Avoid uploading confidential information.
03Technical and security data
Hosting infrastructure can produce technical records when visitors access a website. The final policy will explain which request and security records Pixel9 actually keeps, why they are needed, and who can access them.
04Contact messages and reports
The Contact and Report Abuse forms are designed to request a name, email address, message details and, for reports, an image URL and reason. These forms are currently inactive.
06Analytics
Analytics integration is planned as an admin-controlled setting on public pages. This design preview does not include analytics code.
07Advertising
Advertising spaces are reserved on the image viewing page. They currently contain placeholders, rather than advertising scripts.
08Service providers and processing
Operating the service may involve hosting, security and email providers. The final policy will reflect the providers that are actually used.
09Retention and deletion
Images, security records, contact messages and reports may need different retention rules. A removal request can be relevant to both an image and related records.
10Privacy requests and choices
The final policy will explain how visitors can ask questions about their information and submit relevant privacy requests.
11Policy updates
A published policy should reflect the website’s actual operation. Changes to its features, providers or data practices will need to be reflected in an updated version.
12Contact
Use the Contact page for general questions. Image-related concerns can be described through Report Abuse once submissions are enabled.
