01Using Pixel9
Pixel9 is being designed for uploading and sharing one image at a time, without visitor registration. Shared image links are intended to be accessible to anyone who has the URL. Do not use public image hosting for confidential material.
02Your images and permissions
Only upload images you own or have permission to share. Uploading an image does not transfer your ownership of it. The final terms will describe the permission Pixel9 needs to store, display and generate previews of your uploads.
03Content rules
Do not upload illegal material, images that violate another person’s rights, non-consensual intimate images, sexual content involving minors, or files containing malicious code.
04Acceptable use
Do not use the service for spam, impersonation, phishing or attempts to disrupt other visitors. Do not bypass upload limits or interfere with the website’s operation.
06Storage and availability
Keep your own copy of every important image.
07Removal and reports
The Report Abuse page lets visitors identify an image and explain a concern. Report submission will become active with the backend.
08Privacy and analytics
Pixel9’s draft Privacy Policy outlines the data practices that must be finalized before launch.
09Changes to the terms
The final published terms will include a revision date and explain how updates take effect. This preview is a layout and content draft, rather than the service’s active terms.
